At Carrdus we teach our children to put themselves in other people’s shoes by first helping them understand their own emotions through wide-ranging discussions in small groups.
By modelling empathy and by helping our children to discover what they have in common with other people, our children develop a strong sense of empathy. They are encouraged to talk positively about themselves and their peers and are exposed to a broad spectrum of stories from early on to understand life's ups and downs.
