The Carrdus Pathway is a holistic approach to the development of a child’s individual character and underpins everything that a child encounters at Carrdus. Our aim is to ensure that every child engages in and experiences countless situations along the Carrdus Pathway; little by little, year by year.
This develops confident, imaginative, resilient and independent children who are aspirational yet empathetic; they understand and are sensitive to those they live and work with. We believe that through the Carrdus Pathway, our children are then able to take ownership of their own learning, thriving in a culture of discussion, debate, challenge, creativity, enquiry and self-awareness. This is all achieved through embracing the love of learning and the spirit of fun and adventure.
